Agreement to these terms

These Terms and conditions govern your use of Tyson, which is operated by Udon Code Studios. By accessing or using Tyson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Tyson is a personal activity and life-tracking assistant. Tyson may receive messages, interpret your instructions, and store activity or other life-tracking records for your use. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable at any time.

Accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and ensuring that you have permission to provide any phone number or messaging account connected to Tyson. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Messaging terms

If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive messages from Tyson, you consent to receive recurring automated messages related to the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

During SMS enrollment, if you request phone verification, you also consent to receive a one-time transactional security code to confirm control of the phone number you provided. This code is not a marketing message or a recurring subscription.

Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. You can also contact udoncodestudios@gmail.com. Opting out of messages may prevent you from using Tyson through that messaging channel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tyson to:

• Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or violate a third-party service’s rules.
• Send spam, scams, unauthorized marketing, or other unwanted communications.
• Interfere with Tyson, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to submit or that creates an unreasonable risk of harm.

Your content

You retain your rights in the messages and other content you submit. You grant Udon Code Studios the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide Tyson, including through service providers acting on our behalf.

Third-party services

Tyson may depend on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, messaging, database, and artificial-intelligence providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies, and outages or changes to them may affect Tyson.

Disclaimers

Tyson is provided for personal organization and tracking. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice, and it should not be used for decisions that require a licensed professional or guaranteed availability. Tyson may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed results; you are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Tyson if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, or where necessary to comply with law. You may stop using Tyson at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Tyson after an update means you accept the updated terms.
